from ordering (Joseph in customer service gets A+) to delivery (the two deliverymen were on-time and efficient, polite and professional), I am very satisfied with the Saatva experience - so far.
I've only slept on the mattress for three nights but it feels as good as the promises and other reviews were.
I will know more after I move the mattress to its eventual "resting place" atop my new platform bed...
But it is a beautifully constructed product - and I was very happy that it didn't have an odor when it arrived.

This is the best mattress we have ever slept on. The first morning we woke up on it, we noticed our backs did not ache and we'd both slept more soundly than we could remember. The mattress is firm, without being hard, and very supportive. We like the fact that it is made in the USA with recycled metal and organic cotton. Delivery was unexpectedly quick. I can not say enough positive things about the buying expierence or the quality of this mattress. If you are shopping for a great mattress, look no further. You will be thrilled with a Saatva. (We were sleeping on a five year old memory foam prior to the Saatva.)
