MUST BUY THIS BED!!!!!

We ordered and received our new Saatva bed and flat-out LOVE IT!!!! I can not say enough great things. I have even given your name/website to our furniture sales person, the store manager and the store’s delivery/install person. I believe they have all looked into and maybe already bought your mattress. They couldn’t believe how wonderful it is, the fantastic price and we are taking about Pottery Barn, not a shabby cheap end store, we’re talking a very high quality store that carries their own brand of mattresses. These people sell their own product and the price (even with employee discount) wasn’t as great at Saatva. I must say that Ed Brians, the Executive Vice President of Saatva called us personally at each step of our purchase including a phone call just after I ordered. When I had a question after delivery, he returned my call within hours with an answer to my question. This company doesn't pressure or "sell" and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Soft, firm, cool, warm (but not the hot kind of warm), inviting all at the same time so it is gentle where it needs to be, but supportive in the perfect spots. I have had many spine surgeries including hardware, cages, rods, etc and have not slept well in over 8 years, despite a new high end bed 8 years ago. Tired everything from added toppers, folding my down comforter underneath, gels, ice packs, memory foams but all created pain. But not this one, I fell asleep within 10 minutes after it was delivered when I was just sitting on it. I kept telling myself "get up and put the sheet on" but it was too late...I slept and still do each night. At this price even if it did only last a few years, it is worth it no matter what. Given the solid construction, breathable cotton, supportive sides, this thing will last.
Cons:
A Con would be that you cannot "try it out" at a store but that isn't really true. When you go to any store and lay on any mattress, even the worse mattress, that mattress will still feel better then the one you have at home. It is "what will this mattress feel like 2 years down the road", that is the question for any mattress. So only con for me is I am literally inviting people over to my home to try this mattress because it is that great!

I love my new Saatva mattress. High quality, very comfortable, feels luxurious and supportive. Customer service is wonderful. Once I had done my research and made the decision to order a mattress online and sight unseen, the process was so simple. I had questions, so I ordered on the phone. Answers were very clear, advice about size and firmness were spot on. Delivery was faster than expected. The entire experience was so easy. I highly recommend that you give Saatva a try.

After some weeks of obsessive-compulsive searching and researching, found the professional and informative website of Saatva. They state that their mattress is made of premium materials normally found in higher priced models found at retail stores. They offer a product that is not sprayed in flame retardant, and that is wrapped in organic cotton.
Everyone I talked to at Saatva, in particular Ed Brians, was helpful, friendly and readily available. As many other reviewers have noted, this company really does offer exceptional customer service. I received the mattress only two days after ordering. As soon as I tried the mattress, I could feel the lumbar support (made of memory foam, deep in the mattress). As a practicing chiropractor for twenty years, I thought this was a good design feature. As well, the pillowtop in general was comfortable. This mattress appears to be of excellent quality, especially for the price point. I would recommend this company to others.
