I Recently purchased a mattress from Saatva. Best experience ever buying a mattress! I had the pleasure of with dealing with Ed Brians. He is one of the nicest, most sincere, professional people that I've dealt with in a very long time. He made follow up calls to make sure I was happy, and was very easy to reach when I called. I had an issue with the first mattress purchased. I had been sleeping on a king bed for many years. I decided to down size to a queen. After two weeks of sleeping on the queen, I could not get used to it. When I called the company (Ed Brians) they were very accomidating in helping me solve my problem. Great customer care! As for the comfort level and price of this high quality mattress,"Its the best deal out there"! Dont waste your time shopping around, buy this mattress, you'll be glad you did! No more waking up with a stiff back in the morning, best nights sleep I've had in a long time!

I usually don’t post reviews online but I had such a great experience with a product and customer service that I felt compelled to share my experience. I started my new mattress search just as you, reading reviews from an Internet search. I just had a bad experience with a Serta Perfect Sleeper which only lasted a disappointing 4 years before my wife and I were sleeping in valleys, so I wanted to make sure I didn’t make another mistake. Based on this research, I decided to give Saatva a try. I contacted them via email and received a reply from Ed Brians, a VP at the company. I then called and spoke to Ed. He answered all my questions and concerns and I promptly made an order. I got a call the same day for delivery. It was delivered that Friday of the same week. My wife and I were both impressed with the quality and comfort. We had purchased the Luxury Firm, along with the box spring and removal service. I emailed Ed on a Saturday to thank him and to my amazement, he immediately called to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Ed was extremely cordial, helpful and understanding. We are extremely happy with our new mattress. As stated in the title, Saatva mattresses and customer service are second to none.

I've finally purchased something without buyer remorse. I had been in the market for bedding for quite sometime. I had gone to brick and mortar location testing each item on display. There was really nothing wrong with my existing mattress but I could no longer rest because of a lower back injury and the mattress that was once comfortable before became a bed of torture. I couldn't sleep without medication to relieve the pain. I would get up each morning exhausted and stiff. I am one that believes in research so I Googled mattresses good for low back pain, luxury mattresses, mattress reviews and came across Saatva. I read the reviews and looked some more but I kept coming back to the Saatva site. I read about the product and the price was great even with out of town delivery. I compared it with other brands, I saw where it was recommended by one of the leading sleep centers and how a person by the name of Ed Brians always called each customer after the delivery to touch basis with each customer. Impressed by this, I called and ordered the luxury firm queen with the low profile box spring because I had difficulties getting off my existing bedding. Hassle free ordering! There was a slight problem with the delivery but a I called customer service and the call was routed immediately to Ed Brians. He listened to my concerns and promised that I would be called the next day with a solution. Ed made good on his promise. I forgot to tell you about the bed! The mattress hugs and contours my body no matter what position I turned but I actually stayed on my side most of the night instead of the tossing and turning that I normally do to get comfortable. I love my mattress and would highly recommend this company.
