The first month we had the bed I didn't have too much of a problem. After 2 months, cumulatively , little by little, noticed my hips ached upon arising. My husband had a problem with the bed all but 3 nights with his arms(pressure points) falling asleep and now his back is bothering him a bit.We are both healthy & active and have never had problems. It was time to get a new bed and we didn't like our tempurpedic topper due to it retaining heat so!

We bought a Pac Bamboo King sized mattress after shopping around for a few months. I really wanted a tempurpedic but it was just way out of our price range. We have been sleeping on the pac bamboo for just about a year and I have to say I am really pleased. It has just the right amount of support. I have MS and a good night's sleep is very important to me. I used to wake up achy and sore on our old mattress, but not so with this one.
Shipping was really fast and customer service was top notch. Set up was so easy and really only took a few minutes. The quality was much better than I had anticipated as well. It truly looks just like the fancy high end mattresses at the expensive stores. We plan to order a twin sized mattress for our son in the near future.

Pros:

Fast shipping. Easy set up. No risk money back guarantee. Great customer service.

Cons:

none, I have been very pleased. One of the best purchases I've made in a while.

Ultra plush bed - too little support for me

I was drawn into the ultra plush feel of this bed because I was looking for something very easy on my right shoulder which I injured years ago and had surgery. Problem is the support for my spine is inadequate with this Revolution. Without ever having slept on an ultra plush bed, there is no way to tell the effects of sinking in too much. After 3 1/2 weeks on this bed, I feel and hear stiffness when turning my head.
Beware of sleeping on an ultra plush mattress where your hips sink down in the mattress a lot
Odor was never an issue when this bed was delivered. Sleeplikethedead had some customers report that. I stuck my nose right into the mattress when new. No strong odor.
I slept hotter on this mattress. I had to stow away my comforter and switch to a thin quilt.
Mattress is put together well. Never a sign of a defect.
I question Serta's design approach though - Revolution is the most plush of the four models, yet it is #3 in terms of cost. Same is true of the Serta Vera Wang latex collection. From 1 to 4, it goes medium, firm, ultra plush, plush. That's weird.
You watch, this lineup of beds is not going to make a dent in Tempurpedic sales.

Pros:

Pressure relieving on hips and shoulders
Virtually no odor when delivered. Smell not a problem
Feels just like in store

Cons:

Lacks enough support. ultra plush makes my hips sink far in
Sleeps hotter than conventional innerspring
Causes neck stiffness I've never had before
As #3 in lineup, should be only plush, yet it is ultra plush in my opinion.
