I am still very impressed and very satisfied after 3 months on this regular Cloud mattress twin XL on fixed Tempurpedic foundation (not Cloud Supreme). It gave off a slight odor and was obviously brand new foam when delivered as it was firmer than model in store. But it began to soften up after a night or two. Like any other mattress, the foam softens up where your body lays, but it has taken on a really nice, supportive, comfortable feel. No back or neck pains at all. The feel has been consistent. It does not sleep hot. I use only a top sheet and thin quilt. Thick comforters work with mattress in Winter / thin quilt in warmer months. The slight odor lingers a little bit even up to about 4 weeks. Only notice it entering closed room. But, I've had no reaction to it. The odor is the only downside to the mattress. Fingers crossed there is no long term effect from it. I needed a mattress I could spend some time laying on my right shoulder I had arthro surgery on years ago, hurts somewhat every day, and this mattress allows it. I'll give 5 stars to the bed that has the ultimate pressure relief and support. Maybe that would be a Rhapsody bed in xx years, maybe.

Pros:

Easily the best mattress I've ever had. Don't let its mere 8" thickness fool you, this is a high quality product. Pressure relief and ease on hips/shoulders is impressive.
Great build quality in both the mattress and foundation.
Not hard to turn over in. Do not feel like I'm sinking in or in quick sand as some claim.
Tempur ES foam contours to body pretty quickly. Turn and it's conforming right away.
Nice solid feel to the set. Very nice and very comfortable overall to sleep on.
Does not sleep hot. I use a top sheet and thin quilt and I'm fine even through 80 F temp when going to bed. Sleeps fine at 74F in room. Should be fine at 65F too. Only wish I had bought this first this year before the all latex, iComfort, Stearns and Foster and local cheap mfr bed. Argh, burnt lot of time. Oh well, got my Tempurpedic finally.

Cons:

Slight odor in room from mattress and foundation that lingers for a few weeks. Notice it when entering closed room, but once in room, don't notice it.

It was a little more money (maybe a lot more) than I had planned on spending, but having insomnia so often; I decided that it would be worth it If I could get a good night's sleep. Maybe my insomnia was partially caused by my lumpy, uncomfortable bed? I have been able to sleep for 7 hrs, & when I am not sleeping I am able to rest w/o tossing & turning! So glad I made this move!

Pros:

Really does sleep cooler, but do not make the mistake of putting a mattress pad on it, or you defeat the purpose. I found a 100% Cotton jersey fitted sheet (set) @ Target. This will keep the top of the mattress clean. Then I put my regular sheets on top of that. Works great! Just don't drink or spill anything!

Cons:

Nothing that I don't like, just remember it takes a little time for you & your mattress to understand each other!! The first week, I called both the dealer where I bought the mattress & Serta to tell them that I felt like I was sleeping on a slab (Genius) It was just that I was so used to that broken down mattress, that I had to relearn how to sleep w/o pain! It took almost a week, but now I am sleeping pretty!!

12 yrs and still the best bed for my back
