Miserable Mattress
Location: Virginia
Initially thought it was a good purchase, but after about 4months my husband had to move to the extra bedroom to even be able to walk in the mornings. His hips killed him. I then started having neck and back pain, so bad I was sick to my stomach. I have moved to the extra bedroom with my husband. Anyone want to buy this King size mattress? We will be replacing this asap.

After we lost our home in Hurricane Katrina, we had to replace everything. We purchased a memory foam bed from Restonic that had a 20 year warranty. After a couple of years, there were large indentations where we slept. We kept the mattress for a total of 6 years and could no longer tolerate it. Today, we purchased a sleep number bed P6 and it will be delivered in a couple of weeks. A neighbor of ours also had purchased the Restonic, and when they called the manufacturer to complain, they said that they had to ship it back to thee manufacturer (which would be expensive as it weighs a lot) and then they would ship a new one.

My boyfriend and I both agree that this is quite possibly the best thing we have EVER purchased! After sleeping on an old mattress, we went to Raymour to scout beds. We had no idea what we were looking for and were willing to spend whatever amount to get a good bed. We had both been sleeping on hand-me-downs since college and never experienced the feel of a new bed. We tried every bed in the showroom and initially liked the Tempurpedic...until the salesman told us that the only complaint with it is that it "sleeps hot"...my boyfriend is always hot...so he directed us towards to iComfort line and explained the "cool gel technology". He left us alone to try the entire line...and we fell in love with the Prodigy (of course, the most expensive in the line) but it was the perfect mix between plush and firm...and it was pure heaven. We laid on it for quite a while before deciding 100% that this was absolutely our new bed.
I was concerned after reading some of these reviews after we got home but figured we could try it out and always exchange it after the 30 day time if we hated it. Nope...WE LOVE IT. It has been about 3 months and we still love it. They also threw in a few mattress covers and 2 free iComfort scrunch pillows (which we also love)...and a free serta fleece blanket.
We could not be more pleased...try the Prodigy if you are willing to fork over the $. Most of the complaints I am seeing are for the other models, which we also didn't like upon testing...but this model is worlds above the others. WOW.
