First the product: I recently bought four of these mattresses for our new home. They are exceptionally well made, provide excellent support, and everyone in my family is getting a great night's sleep: no tossing and turning, a deep sleep (don't know how that happens but it does) and waking up refreshed and rested. Now the company: all I can say is prepare to be dazzled. Shopping for mattresses is not a fun task yet they've managed to keep it simple, honest and easy. I ordered everything right from their website. You will eventually talk with an executive and there is a vibe that they want nothing else than your complete satisfaction (and at the risk of waxing poetic) ... happiness. Granted that sounds weird because we are talking about mattresses here but it is true. Check them out and see for yourself. Onward and Forward Saatva!

I was absolutely floored by how accommodating this company was. Ed Brians was wonderful to work with. He called me right away and made sure that the information I had put in my order was correct. I'm so thankful that he did, because otherwise I would have ordered the wrong size mattress. He was gracious and steadfast in helping me find the proper product of the right size and measurements. The mattress is so comfortable and has improved my husband's and my back aches. Thank you Ed and thank you Saatva!!

The Saatva model allows the buyer to avoid the root canal experience of acquiring a mattress at a retail outlet. Because the transaction is completely transparent and all costs are disclosed, the normal "upselling" of retail bedding purchasing is avoided. There are not a lot of decisions to make: soft, firm, or Goldilocks. Further, the customer service in the person of Ed Brians is unsurpassed in *any* industry. Most importantly though, the mattress is comparable to the best hotel ever (not that I have been in one, but I can imagine.) This sounds like a paid or arranged review; its not.
