We purchased our Nature's Rest Isis model king bed in 2003. A few months after purchase it was starting to sag. We called the store and they sent out a tech who said the problem wasn't bad enough to necessitate a replacement. The sagging continued to get worse so we called the store again after a few more months. This time the tech agreed there was a problem. The bed was replaced under warranty. Unfortunately the replacement bed developed significant sagging again within a year even though I weigh less than 180 pounds. We've lived with this piece of junk for long enough. As soon as I figure out what to replace it with this mattress goes to the land-fill.

I just love the comfort of my new organic mattress by Savvy Rest! Knowing that it is also an environmentally friendly mattress makes me feel even better....And the folks at Savvy Rest were both friendly and helpful.

I had high hopes from this mattress. I bought this mattress and the foundation after reading glowing persuasion postings on it by posters "Kimberly H" and "budgy" who seconded KimberelyH Poster thoughts. Big mistake.

Never buy a mattress reading posters who say they never had this mattress but tell you that is a great one.

The mattress maker says it is 9 inches. But I measuerd mine and it is only 8 inches. Before I bought this mattress, I called the maker and they told me it was "soft to medium feel" . Another lie. It is hard feel. After you lay down on the mattress. It starts to feel very firm in only a few minutes may be even 2 minute. It presses hard against the body and after sleeping on it I have pains all over. My upper back hurts, my hands hurt, both of my shoulders have developed some sort of chronic pain. My eyes look shot up due to lack of sleep. I have developed eye bags and my vision has gotten blurry due to lack of sleep and bad broken sleep if any. I think I have developed vision problems! Try hard as I may I have not gotten even 1 day of decent sleep on this mattress. It has been pure hell.

Mind you I have no allergy to latex dunlop or talalay latex either. So this is not a case of allergy either.

I hate this Sams club organic latex mattress so much that I am now sleeping on a sofa that I found was uncomfortable compared to my 1997 Sealy posterpedic that broke down!

The mattress is supposed to have organic wool. But I looked underneath the cover and it has only sparse wool, just tiny bits and pieces.

Only after a short time it has developed sags. Yes my mattress is sagging and it has permanent body impressions.

I called Innomax, after reading his 1 page warranty that said I need to rotate the mattress and I told him that is one heavy mattress and i have low back pain, the customer service/sales rep man laughed!

They told me to buy their 2.5 inch polyurethane foam topper to make the mattress comfortable! When you buy a mattress , you should not have to buy a topper for it to make it comfortable.

I am returning the mattress.
