The mattress was good for the first year, then the foam lost its density and now its like sleeping in a shallow pit.

Without any weight the foam now has a 1" depression where I sleep. It's 3" to begin with.

Bragada's real warrantee, not the one you see on their website specifies that the depression has to be 1.75"

After arguing with customer service they are willing to replace the mattress, but are charging a $225 shipping/handling fee. If the mattress weighs 70lbs the shipping would be about $40. They are charging the excessive handling fee to cover their loss.

Just a side note, their cheep foundation started squeakingafter 6 months of use.

Company not willing to stand behind their product.

It's a con artist warrantee with the extreme shipping/handling fee.

You get what you pay for!!!

We bought a Restonic Health Rest memory foam mattress from a furniture store that was going out of business!! BIG MISTAKE!! In as little as 1 year, the mattress started showing deep depressions where we slept, and spinning it did not help. We bought a new box spring, which helped a little, and kept sleeping on it anyway.

Well, in January 2008, it was so bad we bought a Serta Tavi (cheap mattress) to go under the Health Rest mattress, and on top of the box spring. This helped a little, but only lasted until March 2008. Then we finally bought a new Stearns & Foster, which is much much better (so far).

Pros:

Wonderful sleep for the first year!! The mattress was supportive yet soft.

Cons:

Deep depressions in center of the foam after one year. We rotated the mattress constantly, and the whole center still did not hold up. Buy a NAME BRAND mattress and pay good money for it (i.e. Sealy, Serta, Stearns & Foster)!!!!!
