The Vera Wang Natural Poise Super Pillow Top is a phenemonal mattress for us. Yes there are slight impressions already and I am sure it will worsen, but the bed itself is to die for in terms of comfort. Still feels like you are floating on a cloud and I do not believe that even when there are impressions, that the mattress will be uncomfortable. The Super pillow top is at least 3.5 inches thick if not more and seems that it may give a little, but will remain comfortable.

If you are planning on getting this mattress, I would say it is a good buy. A little overpriced, but very comfortable. Shop around as I found cheaper prices on the internet for about 1650 including shipping, ours was 2400.00.

Pros:

Most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Seems to have quality materials, helped my insomnia immensely.

Cons:

Some body impressions beginning to form at the 3 month mark, We are rotating the bed every month in hopes to lessen this issue, but only time will tell as with all pillowtops, this does occur.

Still hurting our backs

We got the Serta iComfort Genius (a pair of Twin XL to fit our King bed) because it felt good in the store, but after 45 days, it's still hurting our backs. We've traveled and slept in hotels during this period and we have no back problems in the hotels. Return home to this mattress and we wake up with sore and stiff lower backs.
We are in our 50's, wife is 5'4" 130 lbs and husband is 6'3" and 230 lbs.

We purchased from Bedmart and they don't refund money; only exchange. So now the hunt begins to find a better mattress at their store.

Pros:

Light weight (easy to make the bed)
Not too hot or cold
Bare mattress looks attractive

Cons:

There does seem to be a break-in period; husband side is softer than wife side
Still hurting our lower backs after 45 days

My wife and I are enduring this bed until our comfort exchange arrives tomorrow.

We had them come out and perform a factory break in to help soften the mattress. Following that treatment the bed was 5% better. We both are experiencing back pain and restless sleep. The bed in the store was fairly comfortable and NOTHING like the bed that arrived in our home.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from I Comfort!
