We had already bought another mattress, but the full size box spring made the bed too high and very difficult to get into.We needed a 4" box. I called Saatva late one evening and Ed Bryans answered the phone (much to my surprise). explained our situation and he went out of his way to help us - including agreeing to have our old mattress and box spring removed when the new one was delivered. It was delivered last Saturday. The delivery men were very polite and efficient - arriving earlier than their projected time. They called to confirm that this was okay before arriving. All this could not have happened wothout Ed's concern and understanding about our situation. It's too bad that there are so few companies that treat customers the way we were treated. The box we received is perfect for our needs. I would recommend Saatva to anyone.

After an exhaustive internet search, and learning that I should "haggle" with my mattress salesman, I decided to take a leap of faith with Saatva. I placed my order over the internet for a Cal King luxury firm...delivered in 3 days...amazing!...The matress was wonderful and decadent. However, I was accustomed to a "firm" bed." I had great night sleeps with the luxury firm, but was a bit disturbed as I could feel my dogs panting shake the bed a bit . Seeing as though I had just bought a new bed frame that wasn't as sturdy as my previous 700 pound frame, I wasnt' sure what to do. I called Saavta and was connected to Ed Brians. He was attentive and concerned. From the beginning he told me we could do whatever I wanted.

Long story short: I traded my luxury firm for the extra firm....NO fee, NO hassle, No issues!!!

3 day later after sleeping on the new extra firm and deciding that it was definitely not the bed for my husband, (dog-Hannah) and myself, I crept back to Ed Brians and begged for my luxury firm matress back. (Mind you they had already taken a huge monetary hit on giving me the extra firm mattress for FREE). Ed was wonderful. He made a few calls, called me back with in 2 hours and told me my 3 week old mattress would be re-delivered to me and my 3 day old matress would be donated..No Fee to me other than $89 dollars for shipping.

I'm amazed at this point. I was in retail for 15 years. I've never had this sort of experience.

I bought my new Saatva mattress based on customer reviews and the feedback I received from my neighbor who bought one. She was so happy with it that she immediately bought another.
From my search for a mattress, to the ordering process, to the delivery and installation, I had nothing but a superlative experience. On top of that, this mattress is easily the best I have ever owned. Compared with other mattresses I have seen, it probably should cost at least three times as much.
I could not use the foundation (box spring) and the company not only took it back and returned my money, they apologized to me for a mistake that I had made. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I recommend both them and the mattress highly.
