My wife and I have been searching for a quality mattress set for a long time. When we first heard of Saatva, we were a little hesitant because they were so far out of town. After doing a little research and reading the reviews we decided to go for it.
It was one of the best decissions we ever made! Placing the order was simple and when we spoke with Alex (customer sevice) and Ed brians (executive), they treated us like family and answered all of our questions. Exceptional customer service unheard of today!
When our mattress set arrived it was better than we even hoped for. The quality is excellent and most important, it is so comfortable!

Why I chose Saatva. A few years ago I my elderly mother needed a new mattress. It had been some time since I had purchased a mattress and I had forgotten how impossible it was to compare mattresses and prices from store to store. Not only that, the salespeople were quite pushy. When my husband and I decided it was time for us to purchase a new mattress, I told him that I had seen ads for Saatva in the New York Times Magazine and that I was going to try them. What a pleasure! Their website is quite informative and most of all the salesman, Ed Brians, was fantastic. He helped me choose the type of mattress without any of that salesmen pushiness. He was courteous, friendly and quite sincere. The same goes for the deliverymen. It was the was the easiest purchase! And, best of all, we love our new mattress! In fact, I just ordered a twin size for one of my daughters.

Slept like a log on the first night with a Saatva. I needed my mattress delivered in 24 hours and they had no issue fulfilling that need. Overall a great product and great customer experience.
