Bought the mattress in June delivered in July. The two dummies threw the 2 sets in the room without even ensuring the mattress were on the frame. Wished I took picture. Called them back in to fix it before they left. They did reluctantly. Tore the mattress backing.

Now to the mattress...... I ordered two Queen Plush sets and one frame. Very hard to sleep on. I feel like I'm sleeping on a hill. One side sinks the middle is up high. I've rotated the heavy mattress and same thing. They did send two new mattress in Sept. under their policy. The frame is still noisy! They are so heavy for a person to lift. The new firm one sucks even more! Would never buy another. Very uncomfortable. If I could I by another brand.

We purchased a king luxury firm Saatva mattress one year ago. We we so please at it's initial arrival. Soft, clean, thick, organic mattress. Six months later we realized we were both making little shallows on our side of the bed. Now they are gullies. We both try to crawl to the middle but ended up sleeping on a hill. I have had Serta, Simmons and Tempur pedic. They all held up better.

It was my mistake to purchase the mattress in the 14" deep size. It is very heavy and hard for me to change the sheets. It does sleep well, but I sure wish I had purchased the 11-1/2" size. I have had it too long to exchange it, so I'm stuck with it.
