I'm someone who really researches the marketplace before I make a major purchase. Up until four months ago I'd never even heard of a latex mattress.

I made lots of calls to the online stores selling latex and visited a few in person. Soon realized that it could be overwhelming to try and put all the information I received into making an intelligent decision about what to buy and who to buy from.

One of the key factors for me was finding a company that had a long established presence selling latex because I felt I'd get the best information from them and in case I ever had a problem with the warranty I wanted to make sure they'd be around in the future. All of my research kept leading me to Sleep EZ and their over 35 years was impressive.

All my questions answered and great help in selecting my parts. The mattress is just what the doctor ordered. Seemed like I barely got off the phone and it was at my door.

It's a heavy mattress for sure but once you get it set up boy oh boy is it worth it. This mattress for me is life changing it is just so comfortable.

I wish I could share my comparison spreadsheet with others when I was still shopping different companies. Suffice to say I can give Sleep EZ my seal of approval for their help, their knowledge, their patience, and their price on my chosen mattress.

This mattress comes with four adjustable layers of organic latex, so you can adjust the firmness to anything you desire. I found the mattress to be VERY sensitive to any adjustment so If you like a foam mattress you can be assured you will be able to get it to your liking if you put some effort into it. The mattress also has a horse hair layer which I thought was a marketing gimmick but really does work to keep you dryer and cooler and is very noticeable if you remove it. The company was good to work with. I did have a heck of a time getting the mattress into the correct firmness ball park. It is currently much softer than the initial recommended level it was sent with. I can testify that the additional foam layers do make the mattress more comfortable as I was able to get a very soft pillow top with good support underneath. This would not have been possible with a two or three layer mattress. The 16" mattress really makes a better product compared to the thinner alternatives. Comparing the price of the bed to the ones I saw at the general retail stores the bed is priced very competitively considering the top of the line materials used. This is a first class bed that is built to last a very long time. My one caveat is to make sure that you actually like a foam bed before ordering. The company will do everything necessary to get the bed to work for you, but if you don't like a foam bed then it won't be right for you.

I outweigh the average 6 five man. I've been through several mattresses in recent years and have suffered with back problems as well due to injury.

I'll report that I received genuine first rate help when I called Sleepez and gave them my sorry tale. They asked lots of questions about my circumstances and sleeping problems and what wasn't working for me. That alone was pretty refresihing and I certainly appreciated their interest.

I wound up with 4 layers of latex with the bottom layers dunlop and the two top layers are talylay. I've had it about four weeks and
I could tell an immediate difference mainly in the support I'm getting.
That's my most favorite thing about the mattress. Makes such a difference when I wake up in the morning.

The wool cover helps me sleep cooler so that's a real plus for me too.

The way this mattress feels I think it will be with me for a long time.
