Here is my feedback!
There has to be a 1 1/2 inch depression in the mattress to get warranty with no pressure on the mattress itself. However without pressing down on the cover for the mattress you can not get a true impression of where the foam layer starts! (I would love to have the warranty team try to have a good nights/comfortable sleep on this mattress and not see the issues with it). I have never been more unsatisfied with a product and the guidelines in having a product for warranty. By the time there is a 1 1/2 inch depression with no pressure on this mattress we will be sleeping on the coils and the bed will be so bowed out on the sides the sheets will be holding it in! I guess a $3000 Simmons mattress only lasts for one year then you get to buy another one! That's $250 a month for a mattress! We have been given the run around since June (as we were told that we had to wait for a sag even if there was a clear hole in the mattress if you touched it). We waited, you are able to see the sag now, the holes and ridges are bigger, after 6 months the depressions were only 1/8 of an inch and a year later 3/8 of an inch without pressure, but with a little pressure almost 2 inches! Simmons has come up with a way to have the outside of the bed stay tight while the foam depresses below. We do not feel that around $3000 for less than one year of comfort is a reasonable value and other consumers should be warned if warranties are not meet if this cannot be resolved! I’ve contract Simmons directly and they let me know that I had to continue to try to find resolution with with the company I bought it from before they stepped in, so we will see. If they step in I will update but as of right now, RUN AWAY!!!! You will regret it about 6 months down the line!.

My boyfriend and I have only had this mattress for a month, literally and we already wake up with back pain from how uncomfortable it has gotten. It sags right in the middle and the bed is supposed to be Plush but it is not comfortable. Huge disappointment. We're exchanging it for the Serta icomfort Insight mattress. I truly hope it works out for us.
