Smoke and mirrors when it comes to Saatva buying experience. Upon placing my order, I received a phone message and an email confirmation advising I'd receive my mattress and frame in 14 - 16 days. DONE...that's it. Got a call from a local delivery service asking about convenient time to bring my new bed. They delivered on time and were most professional. Imagine my surprise when I saw my bed was manufactured by Pleasant Mattress Inc in Fresno California! The upholstery was an inferior fabric, nothing like the luxurious photos on the website. AND the mattress was two inches higher than the specs online. It is a bit difficult for me to get on the bed, if I'd known there'd be this difference, I would have ordered a shorter foundation. When I communicated this to Saatva there was NO RESPONSE. I love my bed, but the so called superior service is apparently reserved for select customers.

I called 10 days before I was planning on moving my customers into their new home.
I asked for March 1st for delivery.No problem, in fact they got it there a day earlier right after the closing!
They ever gave me a time window of which they met!!!!! Bravo
I purchased 8 Luxury Firm mattress and box spring sets all.
I stayed at the house the first week and experienced the comfort myself and loved it!

Got my Saatva back in November 2013 after canceling Macys Very Expensive top of the line... Saatva was a bit of a wait for the mattress and box but very good service on delivery... however I had ordered a FIRM mattress and they delivered a Ultra-Firm by mistake. I was told they would replace it in a week or two and to just go ahead and sleep on the Ultra-Firm. We did and it was very nice.... no I mean VERY NICE!! I was shocked after having spent more then three times this amount on a Serta and sleeping in a hole for years... So they did deliver the FIRM matress within a week and I got to sleep on the Ultra-Firm for awhile ..... JUST LOVE THE FIRM and would buy it again and again!!!! 5 STARS all the way. Great company... great service... great products. :)
