HELP! Need good flexible stretchy cotton cover for DIY mattress. Suggestions?

Where can I find a good flexible stretchy cotton cover for my 11" DIY King mattress? I'd like one that encases the mattress (to protect the latex and PU foam) and has a three- or four-sided zipper. I know FBM has 8" (max 9") terry covers but I need an 11" King cover.
