I bought this bed about 5 years ago and am thoroughly dissapointed.
The memory foam topper, I paid the extra for the 2 inch thick, has a great memory! The indentation of my body never goes away! I feel like I'm laying in a hole.
Also, no significant difference in firmness levels of the air chamber.

THE WORST BED EVER I complained to the Co 1 week after having the bed. They sent foam to put over the mattress. I have slept on the couch for 4 years now. when my side isinflated it's like sleeping on a loaf of homemade bread...a largehump. It loses air and the next thing I know I'm in a sink hole......................

My wife and I bought an i8 dual chamber mattress with the flex fit plus frame. Also the mattress pad, pillows, sheets, etc. The flex fit plus frame is NOT returnable under any circumstances. Sales rep did not explain that the 20 year warranty was PRO-RATED. I'm going to try to send the mattress back under the 30 day trial thing. You HAVE to sleep on it for 30 days before they will take it back. So, I'll try to get $2800.00 back and then just be left with a $2600.00 set of sheets! Oh, by the way, YOU have to PAY to ship it back. You can't return it to the store you purchased it from. The store delivery people did not leave the original boxes either.

Pros:

With the adjustable frame, you can raise and lower your head and feet. I liked the idea of being able to adjust the firmness instead of it being fixed like a regular mattress

Cons:

terrible return policy. What you hear on tv and from the stores is not completley accurate
