I bought this mattress after suffering through 2 Simmons Beautyrests that got depressions after 3 years and a Sleep-O-Pedic that got body depressions causing backaches after exactly 2 years.
I thought a Natural Latex, using the firmer Dunlop process would be firm... I was wrong..the mattress gave me a backache the first night.. I also had a hard time getting comfortable on it's dimpled surface. It felt as if the mattress was poking me in the back.. it feels a little better after 5 days, but I can still feel the pokes if I am on my back..my backache is pretty much gone though.

We are exchanging it for a Stearns and Foster latex to be delivered in 3 days..
Date Purchased: April 2010
Price Paid: $1609
Recommend: Yes

Pros:

Natural Latex
Price

I would recommend this mattress for somebody
who likes a softer mattress with support.

Cons:

Too Soft... the model name is Soft Touch and I laid on it and it didn't feel cushy.. it pushed back and I can tell it's supporting me but I can't get comfortable on it..
I also like a mattress a little higher than 10"
