Worst product I've ever purchased

We began a nightmare with this company in August. We were so excited to be replacing our mattress with something from what we thought was a quality local business and we got the exact opposite. Not only was the product we received not what we experienced in their showroom (they have since admitted to frequently replacing their floor models in a BBB complaint response) which supports my statement that after a very short time of sleeping on their product it develops a ridge in the middle and has indentions on each side. This happened within a month of sleeping on our mattress. Then when you let them know this they come out and inspect it and even take it back to their factory to inspect but of course conclude that there isn't anything wrong with it even though all of the above are very visible. They will then try to convince you that you've made a comfort error in your choice and for 25% you can exchange it for another mattress. This is not an option in our opinion if this is how the quality of their product is. This is the worst experience I have ever had and have bought several mattresses over the years. I would highly advise anyone against purchasing from this company unless you just want to throw your money away. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Cons:

What you try out in their showroom is not what you get. They also offer no resolution at all other than paying a fee for a different mattress, which isn't helpful when their quality is not good.

Definitely not the same as the mattress in the store

We purchased an orthopedic mattress, but the one we received was as hard as a rock. When we went back to the store the next day, they just kept insisting it was the same mattress. We wanted someone to come and look at it, but that wasn't even an option. We were told to put a comforter under the bottom sheet -- that didn't work. We were told to purchase a foam topper -- that was useless. We ended up spending more money to exchange the mattress. We were afraid to have the coils put in the sides in case it would make the new one too hard also. But, the mattress is so soft on the side, you feel like you're going to fall on the floor if you sit on the sides.

The mattress firmness was definitely not the same as the one in the store. They don't even want to hear complaints. Their only answer is that we picked out the wrong mattress!

I just purchased a Legacy queen set from Original Mattress Factory in Pittsburg, after spending weeks online researching spring vs foam, and am so pleased that I drove that extra mile to buy this set. Foam sinks and degrades over time, Coils/springs do not,and the less foam the better. The stronger the steel coils and the higher the count, make for a firmer mattress. And the box spring is just that..made with springs to act as a shock absorber for the mattress. Spent 2 hours in the store testing 2 other higher priced models, but this one was the right fit. Absolutely NO pressure from the salesman, because prices are non-negotiable, and set at the factory and are the same in all stores. SO, you get an honest price, no pressure to buy, and can physically handle cut-away pieces of the mattress you are interested in to see what you will be sleeping on. (You will also find cut away views of much higher priced name brand mattresses on display and see what is really inside of them...mainly foam.)

Pros:

Solid feel, comfortable, very firm. It is exactly what I want in a mattress, namely, a lot of supportive springs and minimal foam, and a double sided mattress, with a real box spring, and a very affordable price,, and hand-made locally in the factory, not mass-produced on a line in a huge factory.

Cons:

Can't complain yet
