So utterly disappointed with this company! We have sold Natura Mattresses in our store, Mountain Lodge Furnishings. We have now had 4 warranty issues within the past year and a half. All four warranties were legitimate. Natura has been HORRIBLE to work with on these. Unless you threaten them, they won't honor the warranty they put with their mattresses.

Our last warranty was a mattress that came in faulty. The foam around the mattress had become separated. When we delivered the mattress to our customer we noticed it and placed a warranty claim right away. They told us that wasn't a warranty issue and they would only stand by sagging in the middle of the mattress, not faulty foam around the edges. Our customer bought this mattress because they had been diagnosed with terminal cancer and wanted a good bed to die in. He was looking for a comfortable mattress to spend his final days in. This poor man has been ULTRA uncomfortable on a faulty mattress that he is dying in! We have done EVERYTHING Natura has asked of our company to work through this claim and they are denying it!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! We will be reporting them to all the business agencies and anywhere else we can. I encourage the public to do the same, if you have had similar experiences.
