Because they closed one of their factories when mine was made, no warranty coverage? Come on. Do not buy from spring air. It's been a battle than I have lost due to fine print on it being from a certain factory... How would I control that.

purchased about 4 years ago for $1800, within a year it was sagging so badly it was almost unusable. contacted the manufacturer about their great 20 year warranty to be told they went under and were bought by another compant that won't do anything unless you ship it to them etc etc....Bottom line its the biggest piece of crap and the only thing worse than the product is the company itself who refuses to honor any type of warranty. Got A new Serta foam mattress being delivered today and can't wait to get a good nights sleep. STAY AWAY from this company, they have screwed countless people just read the reviews...

Bought Nature's Rest Mattress and Box Springs WITH a 20 year warranty. Within 5 years there is a indentation about 2 inches deep. Called about our warranty and they will not honor it. We will seek Legal Counsel on it.
