Great service and product. You always get what you pay for. I have been sleeping through the night and feeling less pain ever since we replaced our old mattress. We have not noticed a smell since we put the mattress together. It had a new smell when it came out of the package. Our dealer would let us return the mattress if we did not like it anyway.

We purchased our 100% organic natural Dunlop latex mattress from Savvy Rest 2 years ago. When we opened the boxes, it had very strong bad odor that we had to ventilate the layers in a separate bedroom with windows open for a few months. The smell was so strong that it spread over the house. We were told that if we put the layers in the case, the odor will not come out. We put it back into the case and tried to sleep on it. The case did not stop the outgas. We smelt the strong unpleasant odor on our pyjamas and skin. The room was full with this irritating bad odor. After 2 years, the odor is still untolarable. We are very concerned that the odor can be harmful. We store this $3,400 mattress in the storage room hoping that one day it may go out. So far, it is the same, and it looks like we may never be able to use it, and we lost $3,400.
Has anybode\y else experienced similar problem.

I've actually owned my savvyrest for 3 yrs. Every time I am in a conversation about mattresses, I speak extensively about mine, so I thought I might as well place a review. I researched mattresses before I purchased mine and I had never been able to afford a really pricey mattress. Research paid off. The firmness, the comfort - no comparison. In my opinion, the best and highest quality mattress around. Don't understand complaints of smell. I believe Mine is both tala lay and Dunlop. I purchased the sr cover and had no issues with smell. Slept on it from the first date of purchase.
