Bought at Jordan's furniture after being diagnosed in their "sleep lab" by "sleep tech". Immediately complained and was told not for 30 day break in. Was ok for 1 year and now it is broken.. sags.. really really no support. Waking up again sore and achy ... Very upset. I paid a lot so I would not feel this way..... exhausted and mad..Stay away from pranasleep!!!

So sad to say that i hate this mattress:( i bought this in hopes of feeling better and getting a better rest at night without tossing and turning so much. I hated it from the get go but my back had gone out from sleeping on it and i wasnt able to try new ones to replace within the allotted time. It sags, i cant move in it, get up out of it, and its hot. Ive moved it around (its 1000 lbs). Its so hard to move, its hard to make because its so incredibly heavy. I need a new mattress but i have 5 years left to pay this one off. So bummed and soooo tired.

My wife and I purchased this bed with the sales pitch, "You'll never have to buy another bed again. It cost us $5700. Six months into sleeping on it, we both started to feel back pain. ITs now been 3 years and both of us have visited the doctors office several times with horrible back pain. The bed, despite turning the mattress around, shows signs of sagging. The furniture store set us up with a company to measure the bed to see if we could get a warranty fix/replacement. The bed did not meet requirements. We not sleep in the spare bedroom. If I had know Pranasleep was going to be this bad, I would have opted to sleep on the damn floor or on the couch instead. Absolutely the worst bed we've ever "slept" in.
