The mattress was good for the first year, then the foam lost its density and now its like sleeping in a shallow pit.
Without any weight the foam now has a 1" depression where I sleep. It's 3" to begin with. Bragada's real warrantee, not the one you see on their website specifies that the depression has to be 1.75" After arguing with customer service they are willing to replace the mattress, but are charging a $225 shipping/handling fee. If the mattress weighs 70lbs the shipping would be about $40. They are charging the excessive handling fee to cover their loss. Just a side note, their cheep foundation started squeakingafter 6 months of use.

after having the mattress for 2 months nothing has changes nochange in the foam topper and the bed is great glad I bought it. If I had it to so over again I would get the next model up.
