The Clean Bedroom just shut their doors and took their website off line as of yesterday, June 2nd, 2016. They will be filing bankruptcy. For months now, many of the manufacturers STOPPED shipping The Clean Bedroom orders because they were owed a lot of money. Although not allowed by Visa and Mastercard, The Clean Bedroom charged their customers before their products shipped. What does this mean for you? If your credit card was charged and you never received your product, you should contact your credit card company and do a "dispute" or a "charge back". If you never received a product you are not responsible to pay for it. The Clean Bedroom is directing these customers to "the manufacturer" which is not always that easy to get a hold of, but Sleeptek (available to contact) is the manufacturer of a lot of their products. Green Sleep, also the manufacturer of a lot of their products, does not have a public phone number. Even if you are able to contact the manufacturer, you will be responsible to pay the manufacturer for the product (since they never received payment from The Clean Bedroom for your product). Since most manufacturers do not sell direct to the public, another option is to look for another retailer of the product and purchase from them. Consider looking at BBB ratings and Yelp reviews to make sure the retailer has a good reputation. So, to summarize, file a dispute with your credit card company and move along to a more respectable retailer. There are lots out there.

If you want to treat yourself - do so with this mattress! Comfort Sleep has the Ultra Performance in two different firmnesses and we went with the firmer ultra performance. It is very supportive yet has some softer latex layers on top. My wife Myra and I have been so thrilled with our new mattress. It did take a couple weeks to be delivered because they hand craft the mattresses in their factory in Connecticut (which is remarkable). If anyone wants a great nights sleep - go with the Ultra Performance!

I did a lot of research before making my purchase. You have a great site here which was very helpful. I decided to buy the 10" Botanical Bliss from Plushbeds because I like that it is organic with all certifications and they have a great return and comfort exchange program. 25 year warranty is nice too. I like that they are the manufacturer too. Most companies who sell latex mattresses are not the manufacturer (they buy them from someone else, raise the price and sell it to you). I like the fact that each mattress is made as the orders come in every day and that you do not get an old mattress that has been made a year ago, sitting in a warehouse. Now after sleeping on my new mattress for 2 months, I can tell you that I am 100% pleased. This mattress is extremely comfortable. It is also very well made with good quality materials (I unzipped the cover and checked everything out). I am very impressed.
