About six months ago we noticed the mattress was developing a body depression site on both sides of the mattress and a high ridge in the middle. I called Raymour and Flanagan to ask about the ten yr. warranty. They sent someone out and the warranty was declared null and void because the mattress was soiled in a small area. What does that have to do with the construction of the mattress? It is a cop out on the warranty.

Accidentally called this mattress Sanford-it is the S&F Sancroft-please see previous review of the S&F "sanford"
