Sales woman pushed me toward this pricey king sized mattress. Now I have slept on it a while I am totally sold. Great firmness and consistency. Pillow top is luxurious. My partner is never awakened by my movement. A foam mattress without the sinking feeling. Great investment.

Date Purchased: 3/2007
Price Paid: $3000

Pros:
Firm, pressure point free mattress with wonderful soft pillow top

Cons:
Foam Mattresses are heavy to move around

Totally satisfied with this purchase. I had NO adjustment period, I no longer wake during the night at all and as an added benefit that I was not looking to "fix" my "restless leg syndrome" went away.

Date Purchased: 9/2005
Price Paid: $1599
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
Most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Light cushion feel with underlying support.

Cons:
None

I've had this bed for three weeks and am completely happy with it. I looked at a lot of mattresses, searching for one that would support my lower back and still provide cushy softness on top for my hips and shoulders. The Body Rhythms Sky (sold by Raymour & Flanigan) felt great the first time I tried it, and it still feels good.

The mattress consists of a 6" core of natural latex, topped with about an inch of QuiltFlex. Under the latex is 2" of another foam, probaby PU. Although it is sold under the Body Rhythms label only by Raymour & Flanigan, it's possible that the manufacturer sells to other chains as well--although I don't know this for a fact. The manufacturer is World Sleep, which is connected to Englander.

It's a little hard for me to be a good judge, since I have chronic muscle and joint pain and am never pain-free. But I've been a good observer, and have rejected all coil mattresses (pressure points!) and my last two latex mattresses (off-brand hybrids). I'm really happy that this one is working out so well.

I look forward to going to bed at night, and sometimes after a tiring day at work I just climb in for an hour of comfort.

It doesn't sleep hot (I wouldn't like that). I should add that although the mattress felt perfect in the store, at home I topped it with a foam pad (by Simmons from Walmart) because I've used the pad for two years and like it a lot.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this mattress.

Pros:
Soft enough for my hips and shoulders; firm enough for my lower back.

Cons:
None so far.
