I bought the #10 bed. It was too firm in the shoulder area, made my arms fall asleep when laying on my side. Not enough support under hip area. Exchanged (thru their comfort assurance guarantee) for #6 bed. This is where the whole thing got dicey. Brought #6 bed to my house, it was 2 years old per the law tag!
Had them take that bed back, and returned with what they said was #6 bed, but had different cover on it, and the bed did not feel the same as the showroom #6 bed. Tried for a month, and it gave extreme lower back pain. Again, I believe not enough hip support in that area of mattress. After many email exchanges with owner of store, got partial money returned. Kept % of my money for "restock" and delivery charge. Beware this store! Exchanging original bed for another choice may result in receiving a bed made with "recycled" material!!!

Cons:
cannot trust that you will receive what you chose in showroom. Also, if you reselect another bed thru comfort assurance guarantee, if the bed you receive will be one that they use recycled parts inside of "rebuilt" mattresses |
