This is a response to the previous poster. This bed has only been available for 1 year. If you have an air bed from Denver Mattress and it was purchased in 2008, you do not have this model of bed. I know this because I purchased a Mountain Air bed from Denver Mattress in 2008 and had a few problems, like the issues mentioned with the seams. I recently upgraded to the iChoice Air because I had such great customer service from their stores. It was released in 2013 as a replacement for the Mountain Air and offers a higher end look and feel than the Mountain Air did. It also costs much less to replace parts like the pump and bladder than you would pay for a Sleep Number brand bed. I just wanted to clear that up as the previous reviewer stated their bed was an iChoice purchased in 2008 which isn't possible.
Date Purchased: 8/2013
Price Paid: $2399
Recommend: Yes

Pros:

More affordable than Sleep Number, initially and for parts replacement.

Best customer service I have experienced with a furniture store.

Best no interest financing options I have seen for furniture or mattresses.

Cons:

Some loss of back support, but this is common with any air mattress as you are lying on an air bladder.

Do NOT buy this bed!

I am very angry and disappointed in this purchase - I spent over $2000 on this bed and in 5 years have had 3+ holes in the air mattresses, the first one occurring a little over a year after I purchased it, I called the store and was informed that the warranty did not cover the mattresses and that I would have to purchase a new set priced at over $300! When I spend over $2000 for a mattress i expect it to last a lot longer than 3-5 years! I originally purchased this bed after my 3rd back surgery thinking it would be a wise purchase, and that i would not have to buy another bed for several years. Boy was I wrong! The bed was great for the first 6-9 months - but when it looses air on a regular basis and continues to get holes in mattress at the SEAMS, I regret my purchase!
