DH and I have a platform bed. When I bought it I got a mattress specially designed for platform bed use. Unfortunately after 10 years, a "crater" began to develop...I also didnt rotate like I was supposed to. DH and I started looking in the 500 dollar range and were very dissapointed in the comfort at that price range. We kept going up until I layed down on the Miralux. I didnt want to get up. The mattress cover is soft...like a baby's blanket. It was a little less firm than my husband would have liked but in the store it was on a box spring. It was just delivered and once on the platform bed, the firmness is perfect! We got a great price on it and can't be happier

Date Purchased: 3/30/07
Price Paid: $899
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
Cozy
15 year Non-ProRated
Encased Coils so even distribution of weight
Perfect for Platform Beds

Cons:
Flat bottom so you do not flip (you rotate)
If this matters to you
Expensive
High mattress

I bought this mattress from Sleepy's and it is the worst purchase I have ever made. After the first night on the mattress, my back was very sore. I'm a 29 year old male at 6-foot 180 pounds, and it still made my back sore. I tossed and turned all night long on this junk. Maybe the king size is too much for this mattress. It sags in the middle when i lay on it. It's like i'm layong on a lazyboy chair.

Pros:
It is has a soft top.

Cons:
It is too cushiony and not supportive at all.

This mattress is not cheap. Is deceivingly comfortable in the store. Once you get it home and lay in it awhile, it is way too firm. Does not conform to your body. Hate it.

Pros:
None

Cons:
If you are a side sleeper, it feels like your shoulder is leaning on a brick.

Great bed. The feel is plush but yet supportive. Micro-Fiber is luxurious. Foam encased so sides never bulge and no spring migration. Strong warranty 15 year non prp rated. Marketed on the East Coast exclusively by Sleepy's.

Date Purchased: 7/06
Price Paid: $1499
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
Plush firm bed. Just the right support. 608 coil count and 8 inch high coils. Micro-Fiber fabric top. Foam encased and comes with a 15 year non pro rated warranty

Cons:
Not a known luxury brand, but it deserves to become one.
