Anyone in the market for a bed needs to listen to all the great reviews and get this bed!! I have back issues for a long time (inflamed disc). My chiropractor thinks I also have an issue with my IT band as I have been feeling dull pains in my leg. I had a good seeley mattress but some consistent bad sleeps and worsening back and leg issues caused me to look for a new bed. After researching many beds and seeing the amazing reviews on Saatva, I ordered the bed, got it delivered to a receiving center near the border, and picked it up and drove back into Canada.

I have slept 2 nights on this bed and I cannot believe how much better my back feels! After the first sleep I had no leg pain! Night 2 was even better and I had no idea a bed would make this much difference, especially since I had what most would consider a "good bed."

After horrible and costly mattress purchases from major retail stores that led to premature sagging and back pain, I stumbed upon Saatva mattress company via the Internet and took a chance of buying without test driving. This was a gut purchase and I will admit that I was skeptical. These days the work ethic seems to be "take the customers money and run and don't look back". I expected to be disappointed and had low expectations but also had a small bit of the "hey, you never know attitude". I am a medical practitioner employed within the field of sleep medicine and am formally trained, knowing the value of sufficient and quality sleep. One's sleep is associated with pre-existing metabolic and cardiovascular risk factors and is very significant.

One can only wonder why purchasing a quality mattress is such a daunting task. The quality of products and service in this particular industry is disappointing and the folks who sell them have a disengenuous style of sales. This has not been my experience with Saatva. The mattress ordering process was a breeze and Mr. Joseph Yoikes (customer service representative) was not aggressive to sell me. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable. The mattress arrived within 2 days and it is a quality unit with excellent value. Mattresses are a fortune these days and one would likely need to draw on their HELOC to afford one. Two follow up phone calls were made inquiring about my buying experience and product satisfaction; one by Joseph Yoikes and the second by Mr. Edward Brians who is a Executive Officer of the company if I am not mistaken. Mr. Brians was very professional, genuine and spoke to me with an old fashioned family style that I found to be very nice. He obviously takes pride and ownership and treats customers with dignity. His concern for customer satisfaction was genuine. This kind of appreciation is unheard of in today's world. If anyone is considering a mattress replacement, consider giving these trustwory folks a call. Their no-nonsense return policy is free of gimmicks and is transparent. They play no games and believe in the quality of their products. This was a very enjoyable and worthwhile purchase.
