I looked for a long time for a latex mattress. When I spoke on the phone to Shawn at Sleep EZ , he was very forthcoming about what I needed to buy-- suggested the sale mattress at 8" instead of the higher prices 9" -- he promised me I didn't need the extra inch of padding. He was right.
Its heavy to put the mattresses pieces together alone when they arrive - best done in two. The zipper cover is very forgiving and comfy.

I needed to switch one of the layers, and Sleep EZ sent one asap at no charge and I kept it until I got the correct mix of layers. Free delivery to send it back.

I've been sleeping on a memory foam for 4 years which wasn't doing it for me. All pluses for this mattress. Sleeping better than ever, chose my firmness for each layer which was important to me, happy with the price savings and fast delivery.

My husband and I spent a lot of time gathering information about latex prior to our purchase. We probably over-researched but we knew this would be our last bed. At the beginning of our journey we made several trips to retailers to lay on their mattresses which helped us zero in on the firmness we liked. Only problem was that my husband liked what I didn't and vice versa.

When we ultimately found out that we could buy our mattress not only with a firmness he liked on his side and the same for me on my side we were pretty happy (me especially as I'm the petite one in the family and he isn't).

I have some health issues and a very soft feel is what I was looking for. My husband sleeps on his stomach most of the time and so he was able to get much firmer on his side.

My side was set up and it felt perfect from the first night. My husband enjoyed his side immediately but after 3 weeks he decided to make a slight change in the order of the layers and made his side just a tiny bit firmer. Seems that "tweaking" took him to his perfect comfort as no more changes have been made.

If you have been on an innerspring mattress (like we were) just know that you will feel different on the latex. I especially love the fact that I can move around on it so easily and I feel supported in the right places.

The mattress was shipped to us quite fast after we ordered it. We called twice before we placed our order. We were impressed that we didn't feel high pressured at any time--all our questions were answered and we appreciated that a lot.

I'm not sure how we ever slept on any other mattress before this one. This has to be one of the best investments we've ever made and we couldn't be enjoying it more.
