Where to get zippered covers (and perhaps sheets) for thin (5-7") DIY bed?

I have to keep all of these one inch layers together. Where can I get covers for this? I'm also not sure where to get sheets, in case anyone knows.
Bed size is Twin XL.

So does foam by mail. I really wouldn't worry about the layers shifting. As for sheets, don't stress, just tuck them under the bed.

Sleeplikeabear.com has zippered covers in various thickness.
And they have bamboo covers. Once you go bamboo, you never go back.
