Probably from any furniture store. Or online place. Many metal beds give you the option of purchasing a headboard only.
And Bed Claw brand makes adapter plates so that you can attach a full or king headboard to your queen frame. And also hook plate adapters that allow you to use a bolt-on metal bed frame with a wooden headboard that needs hook-type fasteners. Bed Claw isn't the only brand for those things. Google bed frame parts and you may find links.
Be sure to measue the height above the floor for the slots in your bed frame's brackets. Be sure that the frame you want to use does not sit too low. My mom had an economy freebie bedframe, and it had that problem. The top hole in the bracket was about 1.25" too low to mate up with the bolt holes in the headboard she wanted to use. We replaced that frame with a standard frame made by Manrua. Porblem solved.
We also used the Bed Claw Modiplates to attach her bed to the queen sixe headboard. The matress set she had is full, and the headboard is queen. Those plates work great. It might be a little more springy setup than if you bolted the headboard directly to the frame itself. But it does work great.
