I wanted to tell a story that happened to me last week.  My niece and nephew came to my place and had a blast.  In the playing they attacked my bed.  I have a topper on the mattress with a cover.  To make a long story extremely short, the kids got some Chocolate Milk on the topper cover.  Quickly, I was able to get the cover off and washed.  However, the stain was terrible and I was very upset with how it looked.  I bought the topper from driftawaymattress and I ended up calling them to see if I can purchase a new one.  They do not have coverage on toppers or topper covers.  When I spoke to them, I told them the truth about what happened.  The owners told me not to worry.  They will send me a new topper cover as long as I paid for the UPS, as I wanted it overnight.  They made it when they said they would and shipped it as they said they would.  They didn't even send me an invoice until today for the shipping. 

 

I was very impressed with how they treated me.  The cover is not the best.  However, they stood by the product they sold me and really just wanted to help.
