TMI!! I am overwhelmed! Is Sealy Posturepedic Plush (King) a decent bed??

Too Much Information!! I am overwhelmed with all the information on this site. I am also impressed by the knowledge so many posters have and share. My husband and I have had a Sealy Posturepedic King for 20 years?? It doesn't really seem to have any foam on top to speak of, just a little quilting. We turned it for about 15 years, but not lately. There is a deep dip where my husband sleeps! He also has degenerative disc disease (intense back pain) 6'2" 235lb. We both sleep on our sides. My shoulder/neck often bother me. (I guess that could be a pillow problem too) I have had a hip pain before, but not currently. My question..Is the plush going to be too soft for my husband or even myself? He says he would like to try something not too firm. ( He sleeps in the canoe currently ;-) Probably not a staightforward answer is really out there, but... it's worth a try. Money is a HUGE factor! We have been long over due in purchasing a new mattress. Costco has this mattress on sale till tomorrow so... we are thinking of giving it a try. My husband says "Go for it!" We can always return it but... what a hassle. From what I have read it's trial and error. Well, I really appreciate any input you might have. Thanks in advance! Too much p.u. foam.
Get the latex Emma bed at CostCo instead:

Read the Highlighted posts at the top of the forum page, too.
Too much PU or Poly foam = junk that will break down quickly and cause back pain.
They don't make mattresses like they used to, 15 years ago.

Thanks for your response! Just from reading yesterday, I thought that is what you might say. I can not seem to find any other information about the Emma bed. I went to the Costco web site and did not find anything. Is there a web-site I can go to and look at this bed? What is an adjustable base? How much money is this bed? Thanks in advance!
