Is there anyone on the forum who is totally satisfied with their latex beds. If so, Please mention what kind of latex, your body and health statistics and from whom did you buy the bed from? If you were or are not totally satisfied please tell what would have made you totally satisfied with your latex bed purchase. Thank you in advance.

Since you keep asking: We are 6'-170# and 5'5"-121# , both are side sleepers We have had the following setup for almost three years: Savvy Rest serenity eastern king, all dunlop, soft, medium, firm (30ild,35ild, 40ild) Snugfleece original wool topper. We are VERY satisfied with our bedding. There are a multitude of folks who have posted positive reviews of their experiences with the various suppliers of latex bedding (check out our reviews section). I do think many of us are forever trying to improve on perfection since nothing really can be perfect, at least in our minds. but, a tweak here or a tweak there, perhaps a new pillow, or maybe that special set of sheets............... Philip Well well, you described that: Soft Dunlop = 30 ILD Medium = 35 ILD Firm Dunlop = 40 ILD How come now Soft Dunlop is 30 ILD? That 30 ILD is actually is considered by almost everyone as a FIRM DUNLOP. In fact it would feel like a solid metal surface. That is no place for me to sleep on. So medium Dunlop is 35 ? That is also considered as FIRM DUNLOP. I don't think I like this bed and thanks you saved me a trip to SavvyRest. Adios SavvyRest.

I am totally satisfied with my Latex FloBed Kit but it was frustrating since I started out too soft when I need and like firm beds. It took me such a long time to get it right but it was worth it. I am glad I did not go with the Zone layers since I like to move around and didn't think that would work for me. My bed has SuperFirm on both sides at the bottom, then XFirm and XFirm on both sides and the latex topper over this that I bought separately since I needed a 1" soft latex topper and did not like the convoluted topper that was too thick for me and too soft. The 1" cushion is just perfect for me giving me relief from pressure points but keeping my bed very firm so I get a good night's sleep. What also helped was buying so many Overstock Natural Latex Pillows and choosing two that were the right height for my small frame and using the other ones as shams. Good that you found what you like. But that is because you like a firm top sleeping surface and that by all accounts is very easy to find. And most people describing their problems here are wanting a Top sleeping surface that is soft but they are not finding that.

Well, J.Khurana, really don't know why I am bothering to respond again as I don't think you really want any answers to those questions about latex beds or pillows. You asked on this and on at least one other thread if anyone really liked their bed. I responded positively, as did others. You asked in another thread if anyone knew of a good soft pillow. When someone suggested a down pillow, you basically "dissed" his response. On the slim chance that you really are looking for answers, I will say: don't get so hung up on the words soft, medium, and firm. these terms are subjective and vary amongst different suppliers. A single piece of latex can have different ild's when measured at different points. you will NEVER be able to choose what might be right for you by simply asking everyone to TELL you what to do. find a place to try one out and decide for yourself. Philip If you think I am like that, when I am not in truth, then why are you following my threads so keenly? Everyone is free to ask a question as they think. This is a free country. Obviously, A soft Dunlop can never be of 30ILD. I am pretty sure almost everyone will agree to that. The thing with savvyrest is that you are stuck with the bed if you buy from them and I don't wanna buy from savvyrest since I can't return anything and their Soft Dunlop is 30ILD! My god, It is a piece of solid rock. I might as well sleep on the floor like the homeless and not spend any money on a 30ILD dunlop (soft). no offense against anyone.

even though you deleted the thread, don't you think an apology is in order?
