... that after reading some more threads around here that it doesn't matter what you buy, there are problems with any mattress or maybe more like a problem with people's comfort with mattresses.

The 3 S's probably have more negative responses as they have more sales and therefore more exposure. Selling 1000 mattresses per year and having 10 people complain is the same as selling 100 mattreses a year and having 1 person complain. What I have noticed from other public forums is that for the most part people want a sounding board when they feel like they need help or got ripped off but the general public who are either OK with their purchase or estatic with their purchase usually aren't around to sing their praises.

Unfortunately everything is getting made cheaper and that's something we all have to live with.
