The Sleep Country slogan is "why buy a mattress anywhere else".
I bought one at Sleep Country and they also tell you and have a written gaurantee that if you don't like the mattress you can return it for a different mattress within 60days. This is also true but when I bought my mattress and wasn't satisfied with it they would not give me a mattress of equal value. The (scam) is they sold me a defective mattress that I was told about when they brought the secong mattress. The Installer asked if I was returning it because of the Manufacturers Defect? When I told him no, that it was just uncomfortable he said it was because the mattress was defective. Once again I contact the store and they will not answer me so I contact Sleep Country and they won't answer my email. So I contacted TBB - "The Better Business Bureau" and they have tried to get them to answer but Sleep Country still will not answer them! TBB has now black listed them in a sort of way where they will not be recommended as a store to shop for a mattress. Thanks for listening, and please shop elsewhere.

Reply to my own message: I did receive a mattress that is worth almost Half the price of the original one I bought!

Now they are saying the installer was a part time employee and doesn't know beds like the manager does. What a pile of crap. Onto the next level of my complaint - Ontario Government
