After sleeping on my old matress for over 10 years I decided it was time to buy a new one.  Went to mattress firm store and laid on most the beds.  I wanted a bed that is soft yet firm.  The pillow top I laid on seemed really nice.   It was the simmons beauty rest world class cape horn from Mattress firm.   Got the mattress delivered the same day and I laid on the bed and I felt like I was laying on a thick piece of hard foam.  Called the mattess place a weel latyer and they assured me I need to sleep on the bed for a month and break it in.  ok fine...

now the bed when I lay on it feels like an old couch thats been sat on too much,  no sinking in hardly when I lay on the bed, just like laying on a piece of foam. 

The mattress store said we could exchange it, but I didnt like the other beds there.  he did try and push the sterns and foster claiming it will be softer and it was a latex vs a memory foam.  I am really upset because I am afraid I am stuck with this POS bed for a few years. I wish I would have researched more before purchasing.
