I see quite a few reviews on Overstock and elsewhere that describe the topper as "mushy", "too soft", "low density", etc., Based on those reviews, it's hard to believe that the topper is 5lb, 14ILD, and so on.   Is overstock selling a different version of the Sensus topper?  What's going on?   

And, is there any other retailer that sells the Sensus 3-inch topper that offers prepaid return shipping or, at least free shipping to the buyer?
