Replacing the pillow in the pillowtop of the mattress

My brand new pillowtop mattress I purchased from verlo has body impression of 1inch(not covered under warranty) where I sleep-this makes it very uncomfortable-Ive already used my free adjustment after 2 weeks  to make this pillowtop softer because it was very hard when I received it and it was slightly dipping.   They have now offered to adjust the mattress for a fee and replace the pillow of the pillowtop with an  xpocket individually wrapped coil system.  She tells me that it would offer more support and spring back and not cause body impressions- unlike the foam that is in there now.  Is anyone familiar with these xpocket or pocket individually wrapped coils.  Do they also eventually flatten or fail to support your body?

The brand is an verlo embassy pillowtop. Full size.   I find I need to sleep on top of my comforter to make it feel softer after a couple of hours that is why I may change to this coil system or wait little longer.
