I'm probably getting an all-foam mattress (HD-36 or Lux, something like that), and wondering about toppers for this. Will a memory foam topper be as 'hot' as an all-memory foam bed, AND would a latex topper be as jiggly (i'm concerned with motion transfer) as an all-latex bed, or will the polyfoam core quiet that?

There are "cool" memory foams like Aerus (4 lbs.) and Venus (8 lbs.). As far as latex toppers go, yep, they are jiggly, but I doubt there would be much, if any, motion transfer. I think you'd probably be safe with any of the foams, but I *think* memory foam is least likely to cause motion transfer, especially at the higher densities (5-8 lbs.) Maybe someone with more foam experience can weigh in with their opinion.
