I have the mattress since Sept. 2008, and it is sinking in.  I have had the service representative in my house on 3 occasions, one being this morning, and he said it's down 1 1/8 inches, and it has to be 1 1/2 inches before something the warranty kicks in.  The first call was on Jan. 12, 2009, and it was sunk in 1 inch. The second time was in May, 2010.  It is very uncomfortable to sleep on a mattress that half your body is higher than the other, it feels like your body is disjointed.  This mattress cost too much money for it not to be perfect.
