Original mattress factory?

Does anyone have experience with mattresses from Original Mattress Factory? Everything else around the Raleigh NC area seems to be large manufacturers. Thanks!

I bought a low end "Luxury Firm" mattress from them for a guest bed. It quickly became too hard and inconsistent springiness for comfortable sleeping. It might have become acceptable if we'd added a latex topper. I cut it open before tossing it and it had almost no comfort layers on top. As I remember, the store was easy to deal with.
