These are the ones I know about that are reasonably close to you. The first thing I would do is to use these as testing grounds to get a sense of the layering that gives you the feel you like, and the pressure relief and support you need. $1000 is right at the borderline for a latex mattress in queen but your testing would also tell you what works in latex over springs or poly as well should you need to go in that direction.
There are more if you are willing to go farther afield or into NY but these should give you lots of testing grounds.
