Im looking to buy a mattress but I would like to know some properties of the memory foam before investing in a new mattress. How come most people seem to prefer it?

Rogesdell.  The people who really like memory foam are the ones that were fortunate to find the precise density for their weight/height/sleeping style.  There are general guidelines but it also comes down to personal taste.  Latex can offer the same feel.  Mattdud.
