I've got a couple cf questions.  We're looking to buy a new king size bed (still decideding between eastern and CA).  We prefer the memory foam because of the feel, but we also like a cooler bed (we both get warm easy).  I've heard the new tempurpedics are much better at cooling than the older ones.  Is that true?

Also, we've got some issues getting mattresses up our stairs into the master bedroom.  We were barely able to get a queen mattress and box spring up (had to actually remove the front door).  Do the tempurpedics bend enough to get them in a smaller space?  I notice they sell a spilt version but it's like $1k more than the non-split.

Also, if you don't recomend tempurpedic, are there any other options that might work for us?
