Just wondering if anyone has actually gone ahead and returned a new mattress at the Original Mattress Factory, and paid the 25% fee to get a different model,  and how that experience was.  I recall Zzzzzzpleazzzzsaying she was going to try to return her ultra plush ortho for a extra firm a while back, but no follow up on this site.  I have an extra firm ortho and still find it a bit uncomfortable, and would like some feedback on how OMF handles such a situation. WIth the help of a fiberbed, I have enhanced and improved my bed and the quality of sleep though.
